Nurse Practitioner

Join AlignMed Partners as a Nurse Practitioner – No Call, No Weekends in Conway, New Hampshire. Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility (no on call or weekends)! We are seeking a Part Time or Full Time (24-40 hours per week) provider for a position at our Mineral Springs Center located in North Conway, NH.

Key Responsibilities

• The Advanced Practice Provider reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.

• The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates on-site with the Center Leadership Team for center specific goals and priorities.

• The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient specific medical care.

• The Advanced Practice Provider provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with the other medical providers in the center.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years experience working with adult or geriatric population is preferred.

• In states where practice allows; APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA, for each state in which they practice. PA with an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state in which they practice.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $58 - $62/hr.

• Signing bonus: $13,000.

• Malpractice insurance covered.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No call required.

• No weekends required.

• Flexible scheduling available.
