About the Role
Join Banyan Treatment Centers as a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC) in United States. Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical team and help drive exceptional care in Wasilla, AK. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations and manage clinicians and clinical support staff under the direction of the VP of Clinical Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and sign off on clinician documentation in the EMR to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Provide feedback and redirection to clinicians on documentation as needed to support quality assurance.
- Provide individual and/or group supervision to primary therapists.
- Assist primary therapists with case management and clinical interventions as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC) in Alaska.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive clinical experience in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment settings.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience, including staff supervision and program oversight.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $105,000 to $112,000 annually.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- No weekends required.
