Competitive Salary with Income Guarantee

• Salary range: $310k-$340k depending on location and experience.
• Benefits including paid CME, paid time-off, 401k Profit Sharing Plan, phone stipend, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, health, dental, fertility, vision and pet insurance, identity protection
• Malpractice and tail insurance coverage
• Relocation allowance and sign-on bonus
• Forgivable loan of $200,000 for mortgage/refinancing or loan repayment
