Description

The Primary Care Behavioral Health Provider will be a core member of the Integrated Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) team. The clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and the medical care team.

You will work in a primary care, clinic-based environment — with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts — allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance.

Qualifications

Graduate degree (master's or doctorate) from a counseling program approved by CACREP or CORE; a program at an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting agency; or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the Board.

• Current and active Oregon licensure as an PCA (required to obtain before first day of employment)
• Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care

SCHEDULE: 5 x 8-hour shifts

Days only, Monday through Friday 9-6pm

No weekends or on-call requirements
