Mental Health Therapist Licensed Hourly

Key Responsibilities

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, case management, individual counseling, crisis stabilization, and leads groups, especially for chronically ill or high-utilizer patients. This role also involves coordinating care with external facilities, providing clinical supervision to clinicians pursuing licensure, and assisting with clinical chart reviews to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work with coursework in psychological diagnostics, along with four or more years of clinical experience. Applicants must hold an active Washington State Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker License and meet the criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP).
