Key Responsibilities
The RN Dialysis Navigator coordinates and provides safe, individualized dialysis care while serving as a clinical resource for patients and the interdisciplinary team. Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with a current, unencumbered Oregon RN license and BLS certification. A minimum of three years of recent dialysis experience is required, with a BSN preferred.
