About the Role

Join SRM MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC as a Home Health Speech Therapist – Clearwater in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled speech pathology service, on an intermittent basis, to patients, in their homes, in accordance with the physician's orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate the patient's level of functioning and recommend mechanisms to enhance the patient's hearing ability.

Provide initial, and ongoing, comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needs, including Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) assessments.

Establish a Speech Therapy treatment plan, in consultation with the physician, and revise it, with the approval of the physician, as necessary.

Requirements

language pathology, and who meets either of the following: Is licensed, as a speech

language pathologist, by the state in which the individual furnishes such services; or

In the case of an individual who furnishes services in a state, which does not license speech

language pathologist: Preferably a member of the American Speech

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.
