About the Role
Join SRM MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC as a Speech Therapist – Home Health in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled speech pathology service, on an intermittent basis, to patients, in their homes, in accordance with the physician's orders.
- RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate the patient's level of functioning and recommend mechanisms to enhance the patient's hearing ability.
- Provide initial, and ongoing, comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needs, including Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) assessments.
- Establish a Speech Therapy treatment plan, in consultation with the physician, and revise it, with the approval of the physician, as necessary.
Requirements
- language pathology, and who meets either of the following: Is licensed, as a speech
- language pathologist, by the state in which the individual furnishes such services; or
- In the case of an individual who furnishes services in a state, which does not license speech
- language pathologist: Preferably a member of the American Speech
