Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Practitioner renders medical care to patients within the clinical setting of the hospital and clinic office and is response for assessment of the patients and provides care for each identified patient. The Nurse Practitioner provides patient care services as allowed by scope of practice and Memorial Medical Staff bylaws.
Education
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Successful completion of a Master's Degree in nursing program with NP focus.
Licensure
Current license to practice as a professional Nurse Practitioner in Mississippi. Current NP Certification.
Experience: Two (2) years of clinical experience as a staff Registered Nurse (RN)

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in nursing with an NP focus and a current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Mississippi. A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
