The Youth Residential Technician provides 24-hour clinical and therapeutic supervision for adolescents in a residential setting. Responsibilities include facilitating daily living activities, managing behavioral interventions, and maintaining a safe, structured home environment.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or Bachelor's degree with at least three years of experience in behavioral health or institutional youth care. A valid driver's license and the ability to complete CPR/First Aid and medication administration training are required.
