Case Manager (RN)

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse Manager (RN) for
our Meadville, PA Adult Nursing/Pediatric Home Care office. This role would be a
mix of working directly with clients in the home as well as leading clinical
staff.

Responsibilities for a Clinical RN Manager

*  Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
*  Visit our Adult/Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Meadville, PA
and surrounding areas.
*  Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
*  Supervise clinical staff in the field.
*  Facilitate new hire orientation.
*  Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical RN Manager

* Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of hands on experience.
* Supervisory experience preferred. 
* Trach/vent experience preferred
