EPIC Health is coming to Maryland! We are preparing to launch our operations in the Silver Spring area, with an anticipated start date for this position in November/December 2026. We are beginning the recruitment process now as we build our Maryland team and prepare for the launch of our new location.
At EPIC Health, we're not here to follow the status quo. We’re on a mission to deliver uncompromising healthcare that transforms lives—one patient, one experience at a time. As part of our multi-specialty practice, we focus on every stage of life, from the first breath to the last. We bring together diverse professionals, from physicians to physical therapists, all united by the drive to make a real difference.
Now, we're looking for a passionate Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our new Maryland team. If you’re ready to bring your clinical expertise and all-in attitude to a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, this is your place.
What You’ll Do

- Lead diagnostic efforts: Administer and interpret diagnostic tests, including EKGs and laboratory work, as appropriate to the role and scope of practice.
- Provide holistic care: Counsel patients on health regimens, growth and development, family planning, and preventive care.
- Perform procedures: Deliver essential care through procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations, as appropriate to training and scope of practice.
- Supervise and coordinate: Work with technicians and assistants to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and smooth daily operations.
- Help build a new market: Contribute to establishing EPIC’s clinical workflows, culture, and patient-centered approach as we launch and grow in Maryland.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics preferred.
- Licensure: Active Maryland PA or FNP/APRN license required.
- Certification: Current national certification appropriate to your profession and specialty.
- Education: Master’s degree in a related field.
- A deep understanding of patient care, a desire to keep learning, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt while keeping patient outcomes front and center.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, physicians, and other members of the care team.
