The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct patient rounds and manage mental health needs across various senior living and skilled nursing facilities. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop therapeutic care plans, manage medications, and provide education to patients and their families.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and hold ANCC certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. An active DEA license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a current state Nurse Practitioner license are also required.
