About the Role
Join Seneca Family of Agencies as a Child Psychiatrist – Contract, Flexible Hours in United States. We are seeking a contracted Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in Petaluma in Sonoma County, CA. As the Psychiatrist, you will provide psychiatric services to our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Petaluma, one of five campuses throughout the Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and accept referrals to the partial hospitalization program
- Complete initial psychiatric evaluations of clients to determine medication and treatment needs
- Prescribe and monitor medications and provide psychiatric reassessments as needed during a client’s enrollment
- Provide consultation and education to treatment staff regarding medication use as part of the treatment regimen for each client during the course of their treatment in program
Requirements
- Board eligibility or certification in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
- Active California Medical License, Current and Valid DEA Certificate
- Successful completion of Seneca’s credentialing process
- Proof of liability insurance
