When you became a Physical Therapist, did you picture juggling 3–4 patients an hour?

Neither did we. At Fit Club, you’ll treat one-on-one, blending physical therapy and strength training to deliver the kind of care that makes patients want to come back.

We’re looking for a high-energy PT with a strength & conditioning background who thrives in a gym environment and is committed to helping active New Yorkers get back to lifting, running, and the sports they love. If you’re ready to join a team that works hard, trains hard, and builds lasting patient relationships — you’ll fit right in at Fit Club.

What You’ll Do

Deliver one-on-one orthopedic care and evidence-based exercise programs.

Bring energy, personality, and exceptional communication to every session.

Hold yourself accountable: complete documentation on time and maintain strong patient retention.

Contribute to a fun, team-first environment where growth and integrity come first.

What We’re Looking For

Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in NY.

Strong background in strength training, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.

Great communicator who connects with patients and teammates.

High integrity, reliable, and committed to providing a “wow” experience every time.

1–3 years of experience preferred (but strong new grads with strength backgrounds welcome!).

Why Fit Club?

A career path that can grow as you succeed.

A team of DPTs and Strength Coaches who live the active lifestyle we promote.

A vibrant, fitness-forward environment (yes, we lift together too).

Our Mission: To improve the human experience through individualized, progressive care that keeps people active, strong, and pain-free
