Key Responsibilities

• VETERANS MUST PROVIDE ORIGINAL APPLICABLE DISCHARGE PAPERS OR APPLICABLE STATE ID CARD OR DRIVER’S LICENSE AT TIME OF INTERVIEW.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy Medicine (DO) from an accredited college or university.

• Licensed as a Physician and Surgeon in the State of Illinois prior to starting employment.

• Must be cleared for privileges by Medical Staff Services by start of employment.

• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited Diagnostic Radiology Residency.
