Join Gillette Children's as a Psychologist (Adult/Adolescent) - PhD/PsyD in St. Paul, Minnesota. Gillette is hiring a Licensed Psychologist to work with adolescent and adult patients at our Phalen Gillette Adult Clinic in St. Paul, MN.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic interview that identifies presenting problem, family concerns, strengths and expectations. Provides background information relevant to the diagnostic formulation.

• Undertakes assessment appropriate to referral questions and patient status. Any modifications in standard test administration will be noted, as will the implications for reliability and validity.

• Integrates background information and assessment results to answer specific referral questions and render DSM or ICD-10 diagnoses, consistent with the results of assessment.

• Interprets test and evaluation results to generate useful recommendations for the patient, caregiver and referral source.

Requirements

• Required.

• PhD. or Psy. D. in Psychology.

• Psychology. Individuals new to MN licensure may begin employment in a license eligible status under the supervision of another licensed psychologist, as allowable by law.  Must obtain MN license within 90 days of hire.

• Documented completion of an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited internship.
