Therapist Pre-Independently Licensed

Key Responsibilities

The therapist is responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments and providing individual, group, family, or couples psychotherapy under clinical supervision. They also manage treatment planning, crisis intervention, and care coordination for patients within the outpatient program.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral therapy field such as counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy. Additionally, they must be in the process of obtaining independent licensure or hold a Licensed Graduate Social Worker status in Minnesota.
