Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Intake Counselor manages incoming calls and chats for the 24/7 Access and Crisis Line, conducting behavioral health screenings and providing crisis intervention. They are responsible for documenting interactions in the EHR, ensuring safety, and linking individuals to appropriate care services.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in a human services or behavioral health field with at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience. Additionally, applicants must have 1 year of crisis management experience and be bilingual in Spanish and English.
