term skilled patient and long term care resident

Oversees the daily functioning of the Social Service Designee.

Provide services to residents/families to assist with the adjustment process and problem

Requirements

Meets the requirements for the Social Services Director for a skilled nursing facility or active social worker license in the state of the facility

Long term care experience preferred or willing to learn

Resident advocate within the structure of communal residential living

BS/LSW/MSW required Boonespring is an EOE/M/F/D/V and Smoke
