Key Responsibilities
The pharmacist will deliver direct patient care, optimize medication therapy, and manage acute and chronic conditions. Additionally, they are responsible for supervising pharmacy staff and ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a Pharm.D, along with an active pharmacy license in the state of practice. A certified immunizer credential is also required for this position.
