Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse Educator assesses, plans, and implements educational programs for surgery staff to ensure clinical competency. They also develop instructional materials and maintain accurate records of all educational activities.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing. A diploma from an accredited nursing school is required, with preference given to those specializing in childbirth education and holding Advanced Life Support certifications.
