Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Endocrinology.

Location: Los Gatos, CA & Mountain View, CA

Opportunity to care for patients with New and follow up - Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, patients on Insulin Pumps, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and osteoporosis follow up, with the ability to expand clinical expertise into additional endocrine conditions based on experience and interest

Qualifications

6 months to a 1 year endocrine related clinical experience, GLP1-RA, insulin pump and CGM experience is preferred

• Current California State NP or PA License
• CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
• Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
• Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP's
• Active DEA registration
• On-site role
