Key Responsibilities
The Fertility Nurse Case Manager will coordinate and monitor patient treatment plans while providing education and support. They are also responsible for communicating physician orders and documenting patient care services in department records.
Requirements
A current state RN license is required, with a BSN preferred. Candidates should have experience in IVF or fertility and possess strong interpersonal and computer skills.
