Key Responsibilities
The social worker provides bio-psycho-social assessments and interventions to oncology patients and their families to optimize care outcomes. They collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to facilitate transition planning, resource allocation, and coordination of care.
Requirements
A Master's degree in social work or counseling is required, along with an LMSW or LPC license in Idaho. Candidates must also possess Basic Life Support certification and be eligible for Oregon licensure.
