Key Responsibilities

The CRNA provides anesthetic care for patients during surgeries and procedures in collaboration with supervising physicians. They are responsible for continuous patient monitoring, airway management, and initiating corrective measures during adverse reactions.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in West Virginia and be board certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists. The role requires the ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain patient safety standards.
