As a Locum MD, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive medical care, focusing on preventive care and health management for a diverse patient population. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Provide preventive care and chronic disease management
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and families about health and wellness
• Document patient information accurately and promptly
• Stay current with medical best practices and guidelines

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• 1-3 years of clinical experience (associate level)
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8a-5p)

No call requirement

Patient Census: 14-20 per day

Responsibilities: Examine, diagnose, and treat family/internal medicine patients

Must be board-certified

Any state license accepted

BLS and DEA required

Paid travel & expenses
