Join UPMC as a Behavioral Health Therapist I – M-F, Sign-On Bonus in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. Purpose: The Outpatient Behavioral Health Department provides services for adults who meet criteria for mental health and co-occurring disorders initiative with Allegheny County. This position works Monday through Friday with daylight hours and evening hours one day a week.
This position offers weekends off, day shifts only, a signing bonus. Work with UPMC in McKeesport, Pennsylvania.
Provide clinical treatment, individual and group therapy, and comprehensive treatment planning for adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders. Conduct patient assessments and maintain detailed clinical documentation to ensure quality assurance and performance.
Requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and the ability to obtain LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure within 30 months. Preferred candidates have one year of clinical experience and knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and the DSM.
