Job Description
Springfield Clinic, one of the largest multi-specialty physician owned medical practices in Illinois, is currently seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our Bariatric Weight Loss Center.

Job Specifics
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Outpatient/Clinic setting, primarily at Springfield Clinic Main Campus East.
- Inpatient Rounding Monday afternoons and Tuesday mornings, every other month
- Great opportunity for APPs to work with high acuity patients and comorbidities

Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Current Illinois licensure or eligibility to obtain

Key Responsibilities
The Advanced Practitioner will join the Bariatric Weight Loss Center, working primarily in an outpatient clinic setting with scheduled inpatient rounding every other month. This role involves collaborating with physicians to manage high acuity patients and comorbidities.
