Key Responsibilities

Provide crisis intervention, education, and resource information to help-seekers via call, text, or chat. Develop brief action plans and maintain accurate documentation in the hotline database while reporting to authorities when legally required.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field and at least one year of experience with family violence or child abuse. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of abuse laws and the ability to pass competency assessments.
