Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight to staff delivering mental health and substance use services while ensuring compliance with program standards. They are also responsible for training, scheduling, and evaluating staff, as well as managing complex cases and maintaining client records.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess a current CADC, LPC, or LSW certification. A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in substance abuse treatment, including at least one year of supervisory experience, is required.
