A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required, along with 1-3 years of experience as a Speech Therapist in a clinical, hospital, or rehabilitation setting. A state-specific Speech Language Practitioner or Speech Therapist license and Basic Life Support certification are mandatory for this position.
