Full Time Therapist: LPC/LCSW

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to a diverse client population.

• Maintain a consistent caseload with a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions.

• Complete all clinical documentation in a timely and thorough manner.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Current and active NJ license (LPC or LCSW) required.

• Dual licensure in PA strongly preferred, or willingness to obtain PA licensure.

• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $3000/week.

• CME allowance: $400.

• Malpractice insurance covered.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
