The therapist will conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and leading experiential activities such as family weekends and camping trips.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral science field and possess or be eligible for professional licensure such as LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC. Preferred qualifications include two years of clinical therapy experience and one year of experience in a residential treatment setting.
