Duties
- Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases
- Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counselling
- Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage
Other Info
- Phone call coverage once every 70 days
- Telemedicine coverage for 2–3 hours on weekends once every 3 months
- Optionally participate in teaching medical students & precepting NP/PA students
Requirements
- Active NY License or ability to obtain
- BC/BE
- DEA
- ACLS
- Clean Record
- Min 1 year of experience in primary care
- NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
