Duties & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, including health assessments, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records using Epic EMR.

Requirements
