Key Responsibilities

The Associate Behavioral Health Counselor provides outpatient counseling services, including intakes, assessments, and individual or group therapy. They are responsible for developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating client care in crisis situations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and possess a valid Arizona license such as LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT. Additionally, applicants are required to have a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and Basic Life Support certification.
