Key Responsibilities

The therapist conducts individual and group therapy sessions while actively participating in the treatment planning and discharge process. They also provide family counseling and maintain proactive communication with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or an equivalent field. A current clinical or social work license is required, along with CPR and de-escalation certifications.
