The consultant will manage the provision of targeted Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) for individuals impacted by trauma, ensuring services are survivor-centered and integrated with other support pathways. Deliverables include intake, psychological assessment, treatment planning, providing online individual support, and maintaining compliant clinical records.
Applicants must be a licensed psychotherapist with at least three years of proven clinical experience, specifically including work with Gender-Based Violence (GBV), intersectional gender issues, and/or the LGBTIQ+ community. Experience with youth, migrants, and refugees in humanitarian contexts is highly desirable, along with the ability to work remotely securely.
