About the Role
Join Griffin Hospital as a Physician - Associate Program Director IM-PM & PM Residency in United States. *Hospitalist work required. Griffin Hospital is a 160-bed acute care community hospital serving more than 160,000 residents of the Lower Naugatuck Valley Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating the residency curricula in accordance with ACGME standards.
- Provide direct teaching and supervision in clinical, didactic, and educational settings.
- Lead or co‑lead conferences, didactics, journal clubs, and board review sessions.
- Support the development of residents’ clinical competence, professionalism, and scholarly work. Resident Support & Evaluation
Requirements
- Assist with program accreditation reviews, self
- studies, and annual program evaluations.
- Participate in Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) activities.
- Ensure adherence to institutional, departmental, and regulatory policies. Faculty & Institutional Collaboration
