The Speech-Language Pathologist will deliver evidence-based, quality care to patients in an acute care setting to facilitate their recovery and transition to the next level of care. They are responsible for establishing timely treatment plans and building collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses, and other hospital staff.
Candidates must be graduates of a CAA-approved Speech-Language Pathology program and hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA. Additionally, applicants must possess state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology and Basic Life Support certification.
