Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will provide primary and specialty care, including conducting medical histories, performing physical exams, and developing treatment plans for patients of all ages. They will also collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality care, patient education, and continuity of services.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited APRN or Physician Assistant program and hold current national certification and state licensure. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of ambulatory or primary care experience and proficiency with electronic medical records.
