Key Responsibilities

The patient safety monitor provides direct patient care interventions and maintains a safe environment under the direction of the nursing team. They are responsible for continuous patient observation, monitoring for changes in condition, and assisting with activities of daily living.

Requirements

Candidates must complete a safety monitor competency checklist within 90 days and possess at least one year of customer service experience. Direct patient care experience is preferred, and a First Responder certification is required within 90 days of hire.
