Job Description

UT Health Tyler-North Campus is seeking experienced APP (PA-C or NP-C) with concentrated role working in Dementia & Alzheimer's Outpatient Clinic in Tyler, Texas.

Your Work

  • M-F 8am--5pm (No-Call)
  • Expected daily patient encounters 16-18
  • Evaluate patients with Dementia, Alzheimer's and other cognitive disorders
  • Develop and manage treatment plans, including medication management and adjustments
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing relevant to cognitive and neurological conditions
  • Provide on-going follow-up and monitor disease progression and treatment response
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team involved in Dementia and Alzheimer's care
  • Educate patients and families and support clinic program development
