Job Description
Practice oral surgery in a close-knit community where Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia meet. This established surgical practice serves patients across the Tri-State region with a broad scope of care, experienced clinical support, and a focus on helping patients feel informed and comfortable through treatment.
Whether you bring years of experience or are nearing the end of residency, you can join an established team, learn alongside experienced colleagues, and build lasting relationships with patients and referring providers. Mentorship and peer support are available as you make the role your own, with a path to partnership.
Full-scope surgery, grounded in personal care
A broad clinical mix, attentive surgical support, and a regional referral community give you the chance to practice with purpose while making a meaningful connection to the people and communities you serve.
What the Opportunity Offers
A broad surgical mix: Care includes wisdom teeth, dental implants, bone grafting, extractions, corrective jaw surgery, oral pathology, and facial reconstruction.
Technology that supports precision: 3D imaging and a range of sedation options help support treatment planning and patient comfort.
A capable surgical team: Work alongside trained surgical assistants and nursing support for office-based IV sedation and general anesthesia.
A thoughtful start and room to grow: Experienced clinicians and residents nearing completion can find peer support and mentorship while getting to know the practice and its approach.
A path to partnership: Doctors can pursue partnership and equity early with a majority doctor-owned organization.
Life in the Tri-State Region
Three states close at hand: Ashland sits where eastern Kentucky meets Ohio and West Virginia, offering a distinctive regional home base and connections across state lines.
Riverfront and outdoor time: Enjoy the Ohio River waterfront, Central Park, local trails, and nearby opportunities to get outside.
Arts and local character: Downtown Ashland brings together historic streets, locally owned shops, public art, live performances, and community events.
A welcoming place to put down roots: Parks, museums, festivals, and neighborhood activities give families plenty to explore through the year.
A mix of quiet and lively: Choose a relaxed small-city rhythm at home, with restaurants, live music, and entertainment in Ashland and nearby Tri-State communities.
