About the Role

Join Hospice of the Western Reserve as a Nurse Practitioner-32 hours/week in United States. THE SCHEDULE FOR THIS POSITION IS 32 HOURS A WEEK, FOUR 8-HOUR SHIFTS Hospice of the Western Reserve is now Reserve Care. Our new name reflects the full scope of care we provide while honoring nearly 50 years of trusted service.

Requirements

Must be flexible and have problem solving skills, prioritize and demonstrate healthy coping strategies

Ability to demonstrate excellence in written and oral communication

Ability to meet patient/family needs that require variable hours

Knowledge of hospice and palliative care clinical standards of practice, policies and procedures
