Key Responsibilities
- Complete all activities regarding training, mentorship, and pass all presentation, testing, and writing
Requirements
- Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.
- Complies with laws, rules and all regulatory requirements pertaining to the practice of physical therapy, including but not limited to, supervision of PTAs and aides (as allowed).
- Documents patient care to meet standards of care as well as regulatory and payer requirements.
- Establishes appropriate, functional, and objective goals based upon clinical examination.

- Salary range: $56,000 to $56,000 annually.
