Key Responsibilities
Perform home health occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for adult and geriatric patients. Provide direct patient treatment, supervise COTAs, and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
Requirements
Requires a doctorate in Occupational Therapy and an active Texas OT license. Candidates must have at least one year of home health experience and current CPR certification.
