Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician manages the daily facility milieu to ensure client safety and a therapeutic environment. They assist clients with daily living activities, document client status, and collaborate with the clinical team to provide appropriate interventions.

Requirements

The position requires at least one year of experience working with clients with mental health issues and a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must be willing to obtain CPR, First Aid, BHT, and CPI certifications within the first few months of employment.
