Provide direct physical therapy treatments to patients in a home health setting according to the physician's plan of care. Monitor and report patient reactions to treatment and instruct patients on the proper use of assistive devices and prosthetics.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an Associate's degree. Requires a current state license, BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
